Sealect’s commitment to prime quality is just one of the reasons we began receiving awards in 1989. Prior to founding our seafood company in 1985, we had spent extensive time with the Japanese innovator of what we now call surimi. It was this exclusive insider knowledge from the man who invented and patented surimi in Japan, that served as the basis for the formulas and quality of all our surimi products today. @Sealect we understand the vital elements that are essential in maintaining the highest quality surimi products throughout their evolution.
